He is one of my all-time favorite writers,. I can't think of a Len Wein penned story that I didn't enjoy. Great interview, and thanks for the entertainment Mr. Wein!

ChrisAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6547677475518970227.post-67922017493230801352008-06-16T13:00:00.000-04:002008-06-16T13:00:00.000-04:00Thanks for the interview, Rob! These little bonus features add a nice variety to the blog.

I would LOVE for Len Wein to write another JLA story. Or another couple dozen. He's one of the most underrated comic writers & editors out there, and I'd take him over most of today's comic writers in a heartbeat.

Len Wein is also here on Blogspot and can be found at: http://lenwein.blogspot.com/John Trumbullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02231892112043419921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6547677475518970227.post-31928182587502238532008-06-16T12:37:00.000-04:002008-06-16T12:37:00.000-04:00Good interview Rob. How do you keep doing it, man?!

On a serious note, the interview was great, and I've always been curious about the man who loomed large over the JLA for so long.Adamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00021957442819037568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6547677475518970227.post-24988253768289231772008-06-16T07:45:00.000-04:002008-06-16T07:45:00.000-04:00(P.S. - Good Lord, how embarrassing - a big typo i...(P.S. - Good Lord, how embarrassing - a big typo in a tribute to a writer!!! I'm sure you doesn't recall this, but I met you at NYU once, just before Harlan Ellison spoke (Isaac Asimov was there, too.)

This young student
from the Midwest made some reference to Bob Kane - and you rolled your eyes a bit! One of the first "cracks in the dam," that lead to me getting the real scoop on the guy!

I'd brought him up because you were one of my favorite writers of The Batman at the time. In fact, one of the wordsmiths - with Conway, Fleisher, Michelinie, & O'Neil - who brought me back to funnybooks after I'd thought I'd outgrown them!

Many thanks for that, and continued good luck!
-Craig WichmanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
